Well this is a strange one. Here we have the Resident Evil 2 Special Edition boxset, it contains a T-shirt and badge and that is all, yes no game. Now both AtariBuff and I agree that this did actually come without the game. Now why would that be you may ask? Well I think it was probably an incentive to get people to buy the game, if you buy the game now you get this Special Edition box for it, for example. Either way its a very rare thing to find with only 4-5 ever seen in the wild.

Are you sure, that there is no game in it? I know one guy, who sell it still sealed. He said, that the game is in there. Did you buy it new or second Hand? I also saw on the back the USK German Rating Logo, so why should they rate the package for the pin and the shirt for mature audience?
I got one,
and I still got the receipt from where I bought it.
I DOES include the game, plus the shirt, pin and of course the box.
a friend of mine bought it too, and there it was the same: included the uncensored german RE2 game, which went on the blacklist (in germany, means: forbidden to sell) short after. maybe thats the reason why its so rare to find.
I am kinda glad that I still have mine, of course Ive played the game, but never wore the shirt or the pin. btw my shirt wasnt sealed, the pin was (and still is).
