If you look here you will notice two different releases of Capcom Generations - the UK release with 4 CDs included and a stripped down German market release with just 3 CDs - one CD with fighting games simply was dissed.

Funny things happened when we built the PS1 PAL database - I had the German release, Tinsair had the UK one and I didn’t know about the UK 4-CD one. I stated that CG contains 3 CDs and stuff and sent the database out to Tinsair. He sent me additional data and I wondered that he made an error because he corrected my entry from 3 to 4 CDs. This procedure went, I think, for 3 times and I thought “man, is he crazy or what - can’t he just simply look at his game cover - why is he changing the number of CDs enclosed everytime???”. I sent him an email then and the mystery of Capcom Generations finally was solved and we had a good laugh.
