I hope I’m not committing a cardinal sin by asking this question, but why PS1 PAL games to collect? I’ve got a small collection of NTSC-J sitting alongside my modest PAL collection, and I find with the added bonus of spine cards and reg cards, plus usually cooler artwork, that they offer a bit more. Just wondered what your thoughts were? (I find this arguement works as well for PAL vs. NTSC-J Saturn and Mega Drive games as well, but not so much PS2).

I just don’t collect US and Japanese stuff for PS1, but I do have US and Japanese games for other systems.

Why no US or Jap PS1 games then? Simply because I don’t see a reason to. I’m aiming for a complete PAL PS1 collection. With a couple thousand games, including language variations, why would I need yet another 1500 US and 4000 Jap games?

Besides, I feel that oftentimes people mistake “videogames” for “US-only” or “Japan only”.
Well, I’m not US, I’m not Japanese, I’m European. Yeah, I’m proud to be PAL!
