My PC is buggered. I have to send it back to the place I bought it from so they can replace it under warranty. This means that I am without a PC for a while. I do have other PCs in the house but this one is set up for everything correctly and I do not feel like setting up another one only to have to set this back up again when it comes back.
So while I will still be around dont expect any updates until my machine comes back.
It totally sucks!

hey, first of all I hope that you’re not without your PC for too long. I have some updates in the pipeline to post - in fact, I wanted to do an update last evening but the pictures didn’t do the item justice.
so, if you need anything or I can help you in some form or another give me a holler - hoping to talk to you soon.
PS: you not being able to observe PS1 eBay auctions means plenty of goodies for me

Dont remind me, I already missed a Resident Evil 3 Memory Card, and Boxed Development CDRom which I am pissed about.

Well hopefully they will get the machine, try to boot it up, it will screw up on them, they will remove my hard drive throw it in a new machine and send it back.
But if they are like most tech companies, they will leave it in its box for 3 weeks, finally take it out, stand around scratching their heads, send it back to me, it will still be broken, I will send it back, rinse and repeat 4 times, finally its fixed.

Just a quick update. Been away for a few days but back now. Still no PC 
Will try and do an update through my old machine this weekend time permitting.

Well it goes from bad to worse. No news on my machine and it seems that the company I bought it from has the customer service levels of a badger with AIDS. I might have to go into full reverse and get credit card companies involved which means no computer for a while (sigh).
Seriously I know I should of just built a machine myself instead of trying to cut some time and get someone else to build it. Well lesson learned I guess but it doesn’t help me get my updates done.

hi, Rob. Sorry to hear the bad news. I know how it is with the main machine not working. I will keep some updates coming to compensate your time-out. Also your promised package with games and the sum are up for tonight. I have a bit of an after-work stress at the moment but I hope to come home earlier today to get some things done. Thanks for the heads-up of tomorrows eBay UK special deal.

Light at the end of the tunnel maybe, aparently my PC is getting sent back to me today. No idea of what state its going to be in when i get it though.

Just had a phonecall off the wife. She has informed me that my computer has just turned up back at my house!!!!!
Be ready for a whole weekend of fun including AtariBuff’s image update, some new stuff from me (including a new marathon update beginning and continuing for however long it takes me to list 1 item a day), and a wordpress update.
