Lomax and Aquanaut's Holiday and Epidemic on top sound like a great deal with games on the rarer side in it.

Didn't realise Hard Boiled was done by Cryo

I then unpackage my game to find no inlay for the back and front of the game, and the game is faulty, it doesn't get past the intro FMV…

total bollocks

got one of the packages today with English releases where I just had a German or French release yet:

also received the French release of Teletubbies (yeah!?!?) and the Disney Goofy game who funnily is called Dingo in French.

there are some VERY lovely titles in this list - for example The Note, Mickey with music CD, Tail Concerto

Got Contra Legacy of War mint for 6,50 euros with postage included. Nice deal. I had no idea this game included some 3d googles. I only figured when the game came to me. There was nothing stated about the googles in the auction. 

Car boot sales don't you you just love them…

Anyhow as you may be aware the trick with car boot sales is to be in there first eagle eyed and quick, Very quick.

I was looking out for a car boot and found a market some thirty odd miles from home in search of ps1 bargains when I got there all I found were traders and not a single car boot-er to make matters worse there wasn't even a trader selling games.

So another £15 in fuel down the drain or so I thought. on The way back I had to go through  stow-market  to get home as I live near to Cambridge I had to pull up at the lights in stow-market  as  you do at red lights.

Any how as I sat waiting to go I looked across the common and saw a car boot sale just about to start it turned out to be a 12-4pm bank holiday event perfect weather for a boot sale.

so I chucked 20p in the bucket to keep the bucket shakers happy just to  park up.

 It had just started and there were about 20 or so stalls already set up and  a happy hunting ground was quickly getting established.

It didn't take to long for Mint examples of ps1 games to start surfacing and I mean mint and all going for a song.

I soon found a seller selling some run of the mill ps1 games for the usual pound a go so I bought Arcade party pack,evil dead hail to the king, and tench stealth assassins.

Another search soon bought to light a sealed copy of duke nukem time to kill for a pound.

By this time it was starting to get busy and about a hundred or so sellers were starting to set up shop one lady was selling ps1 games at 50p a throw little did she realise what she was selling …… I was finding some great titles on her stall,resedent evil nemsis again like new and resedent evil both black label were quickly acquired.very happy with my bargains I pressed on in the hope of trying to miss little or nothing.

I scaned the hoardes of sellers in the chaotic fashion that you do when you think your missing out on something.

Anyway while I paced up and down you know how sellers are still setting up shop and they put things out that you didn't know that they had before well the same woman put out another selection of ps1 games that had appeared since the last 10 minutes or so from when I bought from her last.

However this latest selection was even better than the ones she had put out on the table, now my heart was in my mouth when I saw the titles

Silent hill black label sadly no book but mint disc with no scratches final fantasy 7 grubby case but the discs were mint I also bought tomb raider 1 and 3 other common run of the mill games like army men team assault.

When I asked how much I had about 6 games  or so £3 pounds worth and bartered a price of £2 now even happier I searched on to find 2 rare rental versions of um jammer lammy and bust a groove in the rental  type cases these wernt  the ushal worn  out  examples you would  expect to see apart from broken release tabs inside the cases um jammer lammy  had only a few finger marks but more importantly no scratches at all,        and bust a grove again like new apart from the case and front cover the disc itself a tidy example of a rental game.

I also found bomber man fantasy race is this rare ? well any thing from hudson soft is collectible in my mind anyway,it has a few marks but nothing that would stop it from playing.

So not a bad days work then I  still had change from a tenner !!!

Got Evil Zone for £0.01. That was one of the games I wanted to buy when it was released and I have dellayed the purchase and lost several times in the past, then I totally forgot about this gamw. Saw it last day on ebay, decided to bid a couple of days before the end, and forgot about it. Until I got the ebay item won e-mail.

Also bought a Creatures, as new.
