Steambot Chronicles for 3 pounds was a great bargain. I wish I could find something like that. Still, I grabbed a Grandia II and a Capcom VS SNK 2 for 7 euros each, as well as Metal Gear Subsistence and God of War 2 for 10 euros. I also bought a copy of Landmaker for PS1, 4 euros shipped.

Bought a complete copy of Koudelka for 9.60 incl. shipping. The Koudelka I already own has no manual. That one will go right into my brother’s collection for some spare change.

Nice finds Defcon. I knew you would win those cufflinks. My latest purchase was a factory sealed copy of Darkstone for ??9.something shipped. I also bought a brand new copy of Nights with the 3d controler for 45 euros shipped from germany, which I am proud of. I can’t wait to receive it.

I dropped E100 on a nice looking Suikoden…
But I also got Grandia, Star Ocean, Legend of Legaia, Legend of Dragoon, Devil’s Deception, Diablo, FF 8, Masters of Monsters, Breath of Fire 3, Wild Arms, Granstream Saga, Azure Dreams, Philosoma and some 85 other games for free with it!
Not bad, methinks.

I’m assuming it’s the fizzy drink - kind of like the MacDonalds promotions on PS1. I’ll let you know when they arrive - it was too good to pass up at that price!

I always feel sick when you brag about the postage being so cheap It always costs me an arm and a leg :-/
Shipping on that last one would’ve been GBP 5 for me (check the auction and select ‘Netherlands’). It’s about time someone invented a teleporter and did some insta-shipping.
… But I bet some sellers would still use inflated rates!

Sorry, I was pointing out more that the whole cost was so cheap. If it’s any consolation, you get way rarer stuff on the European ebays, judging on what Atari always buys, than I see over here. Also, I’m confined to the UK market due to budget, so I make the most of it when cheap postage comes along.
Additionally, because my collection is comparatively small, I’m still bidding on stuff everyone else already has, such as the FIFA games, so they’re bound to go cheap. It’s one of the benefits of being a new collector - tons of games that cost bugger all, but I like ‘em! Because of that I hardly ever bid on auctions where the postage is over ??1.50 - the game I want only has a value of ??2, so what’s the point? I’ve done this across all the platforms I collect for (apart from PSP), and have built up nearly 600 games over 5 platforms using these principles. Boot fairs are the place for real bargains - ebay is for the smaller end of the market.
