What you actually listen to magazine reviewers? I know from experience the only thing those guys like it to be wined and dined, and given toys for review scores.
X2 is the best period. And I must get around to making X3.

Funny. I just recently snagged a copy of X2 on Oztion for $15.70 including postage! I used to have this game, years ago, and quite enjoyed it. I’ve always been fonder of R-Type Delta though.
In other news, I grabbed another copy of Parappa the Rappa for $5 today, along with WDL: Warjetz also for $5.
On the eBay front, I’ve slowed a little on the PAL titles due to prices rising a little too much lately. I did, however, snag a few Japanese titles: Chocobo no Fushigi na Dungeon 2, Simple 1500 Series Vol.44 The Cards 2, Tokyo Shadow, and a sealed Brave Fencer Musashiden Limited Edition which I probably shouldn’t have done (such a costly item - maybe even too much..? Oh well)

Hit a flea today. Boynezzzzz, payback time!!!!!!!
Bought Suikoden for Euro 2 (at least I can brag with something Boynez didn’t get cheaper; game is complete, the front inlay is a bit bended and the CD looks heavily used), the French/German version of PaRappa with regular manual which goes right into my collection (costed Euro 2 also), the German release of Spice World (ughhh!) (I also only had the English release and therefore goes right into my collection, costed Euro 4) and a nice spare copy of Cyberia (French/German release; also Euro 4).

I know what you mean. The summer boot fairs start over here around May and they’re exactly the same.
There are boot fairs throughout the winter, but they tend to be so cold and mainly for traders - I certainly haven’t been to one for years.
In the summer you get the suckers! I got tons of bargains there last year and hope to do so again.

Speaking of recent purchases, I snagged a copy of Kaze no Klonoa (Japanese version of Klonoa: Door to Phantomile.) I think that’s enough buying NTSC-J games for me, at least for the time-being. I plan to break for about 2-3 weeks then get back into the PAL stuff.

Off-topic, but got 2 excellent PS2 bargains at the shops today:
Final Fantasy XII sealed for ??9.97 at Sainsburys, and
Steamboat Chronicles sealed for ??2.98 at Game.
Also got Daley Thompson’s Super Test on the Spectrum off ebay for some pure 1983 nostalgia!
